Someone emailed me the following question the other day:
“What should a weight of a 9 - 10 month old serving portion be?  I’m also wanting to know how many servings a day of fruits, vegetables, dairy, and meat a baby needs? What is the recommended daily iron intake for a 9 - 10 month old baby?
The answer should be One pound serving 4 times a day. The iron intake should be about 16 fluid ounces.
